If your internet is unstable abroad, we recommend to check these options:
1. Is there a general problem with the network you are connected to?
2. Do other people next to you also experience the same issue?
3. Are you moving around a lot or are you in the same place?
4. Are you in a secluded area or in a big city?
*Specifically regarding Sinai in Egypt, please note that the general network reception is sometimes not stable so we can't promise the best reception in some of the areas (Varies according to the networks operating in Sinai).
For IOS Devices:
- Please follow these steps (while your eSIM is turned on):
1. Click on "Settings" > "Cellular" and choose your eSIM.
2. Click on "Cellular Data Network".
3. Next to APN, it should say "wbdata", if it's not there, please add this APN.
4. Restart your device and try again.
- You can try the following steps to change the network operator and see if another connects better for you:
1. Click on "Settings" > "Mobile Data" > "Mobile Network".
2. Turn off the automatic selection, then choose one of the other main network operators available.
3. Activate and deactivate flight mode on your device then try browsing.
*Important*
In any case please do NOT delete your eSIM as it will permanently remove it and it will not be possible to install and use it again.
If it still doesn't work, we are here to help! You can contact us via chat, WhatsApp or via the "Contact Us" page.
